Very Bad service will never buy anything from Sweetkraft

Your courier co not delivered parcel at home, hence I missed it to bring it here in Saudi.
Today i.e. 1st March, my freind collected it from Tirupati courier service Nizamabad, what is the meaning, if you charge delivery amount and not send parcel at home. Very much disappointed. I will tell maximum of freinds and relative and I will appeal on social media not to order anything from SWEETKRAFT. Even you are not bothering to reply on my mail, which I sent for same issue. If you have transperancy, then investigate my case and reply me.
