Put in the planetary Foodecor Professional sweet lace powder. Add warm water at 40/45 0C. (80g water for 100g Sweet Lace Powder).
Spin at medium speed for 2 minutes you will get a creamy mixture.
Use a flat spatula to spread it onto the silicone mat. Leave to set at room temp for 3 hours or put in oven at 80°C for 12 min. or 120°C for 6 min. to get a more elastic product.
