Method:
- Place water and premix in mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed for 1min.
- Scrape the batter & whisk at medium speed for 2 mins
- Then add oil and whisk at slow speed for 1min.
- Scrape the batter into well greased cake moulds.
- Bake at 170*c for 30 to 35mins.
