Pillsbury Egg Free Waffle And Pancake
Waffle Making Instructions:
Mix- Add water, oil, and Pillsbury egg-free waaffle and pancake mix in a bowl and whisk with a wire whip for around 1 minute. scrape the sides centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing and mix for 1 more minute.
Bake- Pour batter on all four chambers of preheated waffle iron heated at 180 °C with a ladle pr scoop. Close the lid and bake till golden crust is developed.
Pancake Making Instructions:
Add Water, pillsbury egg free waffle and pancake mix and oil/butter to a bowl. mix at medium speed (speed2) using a paddle blade for 3 minutes. (starting with slow speed for few seconds).
Heat pan over medium flame and lightly grease it with oil.
Pipe/pour approx. 40-45ml (1/4th Cup) of Batter on pan.
Cook until the pancakes are dry around the edges. turn and cook on the other side until Golden brown.
Serve hot with maple syrup or toppings of your choice.
Please Note:
Pillsbury egg free waffle and pancake mix can be mixed using had whisk as well
When using unsalted butter, please melt the butter first and then add to the batter.
