Place the donut premix in a bowl. Add fresh yeast, Vegetable oil, and water
Knead the mixture for 1 minute at a slow speed to form the dough.
Cover the dough and rest for 10 minutes.
Sheet to a thickness of 5 mm on a clean and floured table. Rest the dough sheet for 10minutes
Cut with a greased and floured doughnutcutter.
Place the cut donuts on a greased and floured dusted tray and proof for 40-60 minutes at 35 °C and 45% RH.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the at 170-190 °C for approximately 40 seconds per side or till done
Dress the fried donut as desirt and serve.

Milk - 150
oil/Butter - 100g
