Chocolate Cake Premix | Cake Premix | BakersVille - 1 Kg:-

You will need: Eggless chocolate cake premix (1kg) + Water (550g) + Vegetable oil (50g)

Baking Temperature: 170°C - 180°C | Baking time: 35 minutes. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual baking conditions

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven.
2. Grease the bottom & sides of each pan with oil.
3. Flour lightly (use a proper baking cup for cupcakes)

Mixing process:

1. Mix water & premix in a large bowl for 2 minutes at slow speed and 4minutes at high speed using a whisk. 
2. after process of mixing, add oil & mix for 2minutes at slow speed.

Baking: 

1. Pour the batter into a greased pan.
2. Bake as per directions given above or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
3. Cool completely before frosting.

Storage Condition: Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place.
