Egg Free Vanilla Flavoured Premium Premix:

Direction For Use:

• Egg-Free Premix Vanilla Flavoured- 1kg.
• Water - 550gms.
• Oil - 50gms.

Method:

1. Weigh Premix & Wate Accurately. 
2. Place water, and premix in a mixing bowl and mix it slowly for 1min.
3. Scrape the batter and whisk at high speed for 3 minutes.
4. Reduce the mixing speed & pour the oil into the batter then whisk at slow speed for 1min.  
5. Pour the batter into the previously greased mold at the capacity of 3/4th. 
6. Bake at 160* C for 35-40 mins.
